Having them as a PCP is a lifesaver because you can do walk-in appointments and are usually seen within a half hour or so. Like others, I'm pretty impatient and cranky when I'm sick but their staff handles issues that pop up quickly.
Idk why other reviewers are all fussy about the communication. They usually answer the phone quickly and have always been timely with sharing any lab results or test results with a phone call

While the staff is friendly, the payment system is terrible. I paid my bill over the phone using my credit card, but I continue to receive bills, and the amount keeps increasing. I've contacted them twice, but both times they claimed their system was down and couldn't find any record of my payment. It's incredibly frustrating and ridiculous.

It's a waste of time and money. I went for abdominal bloating. The doctor listened to and palpated my abdomen, had them take blood , and ordered an ultrasound. I asked/recommend a stool sample kit because of some of my symptoms. They usually have them but they were out (probably because one of their front desk attendants is pretty incompetent. When I was there he had to be reminded to do things by the other staff. And when I called he took 5 minutes to find my file. Unless he's really new, he needs to be trained or replaced.)
Anyway, no explanation for what might be going on, no treatments, and the ultrasound showed nothing but I ended up in the ER a couple weeks later when the symptoms continued.
I had to, as others have pointed out, badger them for my ultrasound results, so the care was certainly not in line with something urgent.
