I've been to plenty of Urgent Cares in Maryland and Washington D.C., and this urgent care was the BEST! I would highly recommend college park medical center. Dr. Fadul was extremely thorough, and he thoughtfully answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout my appointment. The staff were also extremely courteous and made me feel comfortable while waiting to be seen. The location is great, and so is the service. The new construction on the basement is also amazing, and I am so happy that there is such a kind and helpful urgent care near the University of Maryland. If you're student at UMD, you should definitely come here! The free coffee and treats were a nice bonus as well!!

This practice has a very friendly atmosphere. Dr. Fadul was very knowledgable and professional. He also always follows up with tests and makes sure to prescribe the correct medications. When I was prescribed medication, the doctor gave me samples so that I could start right away until I will get the preauthorization from my insurance. He is even knowledgable about insurance companies and how they work. I highly recommend him!

DO NOT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE!! They are slow and rude and act like you are bothering them when you request service. I waited for over three hours to be seen for COVID testing. No, there was no line ahead of me; I arrived to 15 minutes before open. They do not provide instruction on their process beforehand so you will pull up to find out you have to fill out a form at a random link and then wait to be seen by a doctor via video conference. The doctors are not on-site and so you won't be seen in the order that you arrived. Instead you will sit outside like a dog begging to be seen with no one caring how sick you are. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Dr.Fadul is very rude, unprofessional and nasty. Smoking cigarettes during appointment. Do not come to this clinic. His license to practice medicine should be suspended. He should feel shame about himself!

Dr. Fadul is one of the best doctors, if not the best, I have ever seen. He is very professional and accessible to patients all the time. He is committed to his job and the people he serve in all of his clinics. I highly recommend Dr. Fadul and his clinics for better health...
