Dr.Pondish was amazing. So was his nurse, not sure what to call her but she was fantastic as well. Would recommend a thousand times over. My little lady who was in so much pain they made her feel calm. Patient care was phenomenal

I've only been to this office 3 times but every time has been a positive experience. The staff is willing to help prevent issues with my dog by bringing her in when no other dogs are present in the lobby. The vets explain everything in detail so I can make informed decisions. Luckily my dog hasn't had many issues but my boyfriend brought his cat here and they saved his life. He developed urinary crystals and every staff member was so invested in him recovering.

I first took my dog, Nikita, to see Dr. Pondish a few years ago after consulting three other veterinarians for her vomiting issue. No one had been able to determine why she was vomiting yellowish fluid, but after listening carefully to my description, Dr. Pondish identified it as Bilious Vomiting Syndrome. He recommended smaller, more frequent meals and a meal before bedtime, which completely resolved the problem. Dr. Pondish has always taken the time to answer my questions and address my concerns about Nikita's health, offering helpful advice and ordering diagnostic tests when appropriate. I am very grateful and feel fortunate to have Dr. Pondish as Nikita's veterinarian. Dr Pondish is cordial and provides an excellent service for my dog!

Dr. Pondish is such a wonderful, thoughtful, dedicated vet. He treats all of our dogs with consideration for their needs, personalities, and development. If there is a health issue with one of our dogs- and we have had our fair share of them - he does the research and takes the time to accurately diagnose and treat the condition. He's great at explaining things, and he never feels rushed, which is greatly appreciated. We couldn't be happier to have him caring for our furry family members, and he truly goes above and beyond to make sure they are thriving and healthy. This is true of everyone at HVAH. Thank you all for all you do! We are very impressed with the clear communication, flexibility, genuine kindness and extra effort in all facets of care.

Dr. Frank has been amazing with my French Bulldog, Ocean. He performed Ocean's BOAS surgery and explained everything in detail from the start. I was very nervous after the procedure and had many questions, but he was always patient, kind, and willing to answer without hesitation. At the follow-up, Ocean who usually gets very stressed at the vet, was calm and cooperative with him, which says a lot about Dr. Frank's gentle and caring approach. Thanks to him, Ocean is breathing so much better and has a much better quality of life. I'm truly grateful and highly recommend him!
