Dr Dawson is knowledgeable and friendly. The staff is nice enough. The low rating is for the billing department. On more than one occasion they waited to bill my insurance MONTHS later. Now, demanding that I pay for the services out of pocket when they are the ones that messed up. I have had to call my insurance company to fix this issue more than once. I will be going with another cardiologist office that will treat their patients better.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr Dawson was so great and thorough. I will never go to anyone else. I felt like he truly cared about my well-being and too steps to schedule any follow ups before I left within a timely manner before my upcoming surgery (unrelated)

Dr. Dawson and all the staff are very professional and friendly. I haven't been there in 2-1/2 years and they treated me as if I'm there regularly. They went out of their way to help me make a medication change because my insurance didn't cover the original medication. I was able to do my tests and get the results before I left. How awesome is that! Thank you everyone at Heart Masters! You guys are awesome!
