I'd avoid this doctors office. She orders every test possible (even if unnecessary) and charges for everything she can. The in office experience was awful and I've witnessed the doctor speak about confidential patient information for everyone in the waiting room to hear. I had numerous occasions of billing mistakes where I had to keep calling, but instead of resolving the issue, Dr. Hausner raised her voice over the phone saying that she's also an immigrant and she needs to make money in this country. Just such a weird experience and feeling super uncomfortable. Never going back there.
However, the front desk staff Peggy is wonderful and very welcoming.
