At this point giving them 1 star is being generous. Good luck talking to a real person.. Over the past several days I have left numerous messages on both their existing and new patients line. The recording claims they'll get back to you. It's been days now still no return call.... As for my father's doctor Dr. Rubin he is great. But if they don't answer the phone or if they don't return calls as promised it doesn't matter how good their doctors are. They need to do better in their front office.

I just had the worst experience there. Totally stressed out now, and I wasn't even seen, after being there an hour. Was late today, but on time last week, and the same happened BOTH visits. Meanwhile people who came after me were taken back before me. Couldn't help but notice I was the only patient of color during those times. Given the runaround between them and the lab down the hall (they're each blaming each other for dropping the ball and telling me misinformation, but unwilling to communicate with each other and fix it) for bloodwork the doctor ordered, bc I inquired what it was for- a normal question when someone wants to stick a needle in your arm. Impossible to get through and speak to a human on the phone, even using the instructions given by front desk staff, that assured me I'd be able to. Imagine being a cardiologist's office, while exacerbating the conditions you're meant to help heal. They were better when Dr Noreuil was there. Feels like they have too many patients but can't manage them properly- either that or they just hate me . Message well received guys. I'm DONE.

Rude, disrespectful and unprofessional health care providers. I arrived for a stress test on an unusually hot day in late April. The room was very small and hot, as the air conditioning was not running. I asked the sonographer, Denise, if she'd mind wearing a mask while I was on the treadmill so that I could feel safe removing my mask. She refused, saying she didn't like wearing a mask. I was already overheated and really didn't want to have to keep wearing my mask while on the treadmill. Denise said, "You want ME to wear a mask so YOU can take yours off?" As if this were the most outrageous request. She went to talk to Dr. Bennet, who came 20 minutes later and told me that their policy is personal choice for masks, and said I could reschedule my test for the summer, when the air conditioning is working. I had arranged my schedule and driven to the office and wanted to get it done, so ended up keeping my mask on while I completed the stress test. Despite my concerns, the doctor and sonographer did not wear masks. The lack of courtesy, empathy or caring in a health care setting was shockingly unprofessional and I will not return to Cardiocare.

Came in for my 12:40 appointment. Waited to 1:28 after others came in after me and were seen. After inquiring, and speaking to the office manager, it seemed they had an internal issue. It would have been nice to be informed they were experiencing delay issues with my doctor so I could cancel and make another appointment.

Dr. Flyer and his staff are just incredibly kind, professional, and overall the best people to be around. I saw him for the 1st time today and I was so pleased by his professionalism but also the entire office was just wonderful. I highly recommend this office if you're looking for a cardiologist!!! Also, Cossette the sonographer, the young lady at the front desk, and my nurse were absolutely awesome! thanks guys!!!
