Can't imagine there being a better PCP than Dr Ghiorzi. I never have a problem getting an appointment with him or getting refills. Any time I've gone on the patient portal about questions or concerns, he'll get back to me right away. His 'little' smile when he walks through the door helps ease any anxiety I may have had. His demeanor makes me feel like he really cares about my health and well being. And let's not forget Desiree. She's quiet but pleasant and efficient.
Dr Ghiorzi is very pleasant and listens to my concerns. . He is always responsive to my messages on the portal. A very compassionate provider. Very please with my care. My only issue was with reception in waiting area not updating my insurance in system after I provided my new card.
Dr Ghiorzi always spends the time with you that you deserve. Never tries to rush you out of the office. Always concerned with what you are telling him and explains everything so you understand. Great doctor.
I was seen at the time I was scheduled. Check in process is very efficient and much of the process can be done online prior to the scheduled visit. Dr. Ghiorzi is pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable. His follow through is very consistent. I have always received a phone call with test results and further instructions, if appropriate, within a week of testing. He is careful to allow time to answer any questions. There is ample parking, convenient hours and the waiting room is clean and bright. There is a lab and some imaging available on site. An excellent practice!
