You can't go wrong visiting this office. Dr. Uqdah and his staff are exceptional. If you are very lucky, you'll meet Miss Anissa at the front desk, who should be recommended for sainthood. And you will feel right at ease during your echocardiogram with Pedro. Dr. Uqdah literally gets down on your level, physically, and intellectually. He is one of the finest embodiments of the Hippocratic oath I have ever seen in a physician. He is kind, compassionate, honest, understanding, and above all, he remembers the human behind the patient. You are not just another number here and it really shows.

I don't know where to start with this office. I've been coming here for years, and I have an issue every, single month. I cannot switch offices soon enough. They mix up my prescriptions, and take too long to send them in, and then they get tied up, and I have to explain the situation OVER AND OVER again. Its like talking to brick walls in solitary confinement. So today they messed up my prescriptions AGAIN, and it's Friday, and they kept telling me 24-48 hours since I had called this on on Thursday morning, so NOW, since they are CLOSED, they have effectively left me hanging all weekend evern AFTER people on the phone kept saying that they were going to help me and that this should be in! One time a reception lady argued about the insuarance I had with a address I have never even heard of before! I was like what are you talking about that's wrong I've never lived there in my life! it's always a battle with these people. The office is closed for the weekend, but If I get phone help tomorrow then I can update the review, because taking 4 days to send in a prescription is unacceptable and I won't be a happy camper on Monday.
