I would give the PA 5 stars for her customer service but her team of admin people is less to be desired. I called to tell the phone person who isn't Cynthia that Cynthia called to tell me that my authorization went through. But days passed and I am still without my prescription. So I called my insurance and they advised me that they didn't do the prior authorization and gave me the number to do so. I called 1st medical back to engage with a woman who ignored what I was tell her to tell me they called me but I didn't call them back. And still not provide me help. I am going to need to find another doctor bc I work to hard not to give my business to people who don't appreciate it.
