I can tell they are not use to people asking questions. I only came in to avoid going to urgent care for a self inflicted ear clog. I asked him to check my ear. He immediately asks me to take blood work. He ALWAYS ask for me to take blood work. Last time I was billed. It was not a routine exam it. Now I have to make another appointment. Why not wait for me to do it all at once. It's always about money. I have rights how I want to handle my health. I returned to work told my mgr's I got my ear check and blood work was done. They were SOOOO puzzled why I RANDOMLY gave blood work when I simply wanted my ear check. The Dr. knows who he is because he takes walk ins daily. Probably because he know he can bill insurance

IF I COULD GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT ZERO STARS I WOULD. I HAVE BOOKED SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS OVER THE COURSE OF THIS OCTOBER TO ESTABLISH A NEW PATIENT VISIT WITH DR. SHAUNA PETTIS AND SHE HAS LITERALLY CANCELLED EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM, ONE OF WHICH SHE CANCELLED AS I WAS GETTING READY FOR THE APPOINTMENT. SHE IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IT SEEMS AS IF SHE DOES NOT WANT TO SEE PATIENTS IN THE AFTERNOONS AND ON THURSDAYS AND IF THAT IS THE CASE SHE NEEDS TO NOT ACCPET APPOINTMENTS FOR THAT SPECIFIED TIMEFRAME. HER AND HER OFFICE WORKERS ARE DONE AND I WILL NOT STOP COMPLAIONING UNTIL SHE IS TERMINATED.

They are not even worthy of 1 star. This medical group did not take my mom's medical issues seriously. She was in the hospitalized due to sepsis in her kidneys, kidney disease, and heart failure. My father and I repeatedly called to schedule a follow up visit with Dr. Steele. My mom's blood pressure was dangerously high which worried us, the home care nurse, and therapist. Despite this issue, Dr. Steele and his colleagues didn't even try to get her in as soon as possible. The home care nurse even tried to call and get the doctor to call her as soon as possible to get my mom seen on Tuesday the 18th of March. We only kept get calls back from his assistant rather than the doctor. The Occupational Therapist tried calling the on call doctor, no return. The office kept saying they can't get my mom in until late April. We had to end up taking my mom to Invoa Fairfax hospital with her Blood Pressure dangerously high of 217/95. The ER doctor from Invoa hospital was appalled by how we have been treated by Dr. Steele and the staff. The Nurse Practitioner from MedStar Southern Maryland who followed up with my mom after her 7 day hospitalization was upset with Dr. Steele and the rest of the staff. Anyone who has been hospitalized especially was in the ICU must be seen no later than 14 days after being released from the hospital. My mom was discharged March 5th from the hospital. No one from the medical office cooperated and followed this protocol. I ended up calling and canceling my mom's appointment on the 22nd of April because the wonderful doctor's of Inova was able to get my mom on the 25th of March. If you need a really good doctor go with a doctor affiliated with INOVA.

The staff is very courteous and my visits with Dr. G. Raos are always great and he sees his patients in a timely manner. He is a fine, caring doctor who actually listens to his patients and respond to them accordingly. So far I've recommended only one patient to him and she is truly satisfied. After her every visit, she still thanks me for the referral. I was also a referred patient and now a happy one.
