We had the privilege of meeting Dr. Ilton Cubero on a medical appointment for my wife some months ago. It was for us a very special and unique opportunity to meet a blessed person and a highly regarded physician. We were very much impressed with his superb dedication, kindness and professionalism. Virtues that nowadays are almost extinct. We are lucky to be under the care of a superior human being as Dr. Cubero is. You really made the difference!! We pray that the Almighty bestows upon you and your family all the blessing that you rightly deserve. Thank you very much for the privilege of having you as my wife's doctor. Rude customer service ,my appointment was for 10 am. Arrive at 15 minutes early Have been waiting for 45 minutes and no one has responded to me why? After I asked someone with the attitude told me I may need to wait another 45 minutes, or maybe an hour or, so. This the patient for nuclear stress test, I am fasting and I need to be there until afternoon? This office doesn't care about people time and health. Try to avoid this place.

Carolyn Man-Yu Wu, MD I saw the doctor for a total of 1-2 minutes. Every time I asked a question she would have to look back at her screen because obviously she had not pre read any information. Her diagnostics after 2 months was "looks good" she never cared to explain anything. The nurse that did an EKG was in the worst mood possible and yelled at me requesting to only answer yes or no to her questions. The front desk was polite but I honestly had to switch locations after my first experience there.

I was finally able to make an appointment with Dr. Wedam. I was only on hold for less than a minute. Getting through on JHCP clinics was at least better today. I hope it continues...I really appreciated Dr. Wedam's consultation after a procedure.

I had a very productive visit with Dr. Harry Bigham at his Bethesda office. However, a critical part of my referral was missing and every time I tried to reach his office, (6 different times), it was "we are experiencing a large number of calls", and I never did get through! Needless to say, this is very frustrating.
