I just got a bill for $120 for an appointment from 2019, claiming the total charges were $687 before insurance paid. I have never been to this office in my life. I have no idea how they even got my personal information and there is zero reason I should be receiving this bill. After looking at other reviews on Google and Yelp, it's clear I'm not the only one and other people are also getting charged for appointments they never had. This place is shady and a total scam. Something is seriously wrong here.

Quiet disappointed to drive 40 minutes to this location to find that my two appointments could not be completed. I was told by two employees that they were closed even though their scheduling system allowed me to schedule the appointments. They told me that they were closed and come back tomorrow. All they could say was that they were sorry. I asked if they saw that I had an appointment and they said, "yes." I then asked why didn't they call me to tell me that I needed to reschedule because their scheduling system doesn't match their hours of operation. They had no explanation. All the staff could say was that this has been an issue for some time now. It's really unprofessional to operate like this and sad that management has not corrected this issue. I never right reviews but people should know how these businesses operate with no compassion for the public.

Took PCR test and representative called me informing me I was positive. Next day received negative test results from lab. Office confirmed that there were 2 different results for the same test taken, one positive, one negative. I have been contacting them just to request and obtain copies of test results to submit to my job, and they cannot even provide me with test results. They keep ping-ponging me back and forth between different reps, and no one seems to understand that I all I am requesting is a copy of the records they have on file, and for a brief letter stating what happened. It's as if I am speaking a different language. I wish I would have read reviews about this company before I went there. I understand they are busy, but this is clear cut malpractice.

No x-ray capability, bad customer service/rude behavior, and poor medical protocol. I've been to the Berwyn Heights/College Park office 3 times. Go to one of the great Urgent Care offices in Beltsville. Full service with good customer service. Today I went because their web site said they had x-ray capabilities in office. When the (already rude) doctor told me I needed and x-ray, she said they didn't have one. I said, "Your site said you do x-rays." She responded, "I don't know what you read, but we don't." When I asked about results, she said, "You can call us in a day or two." I have zero confidence I would ever get results. Another time I had to find my own bandaid because the tech who stuck my finger didn't give me one and I was literally dripping blood all over the exam room. He also didn't wear gloves. When I asked if he needed gloves, he said "no", not for a finger stick. I've yet to have a good experience there and after three bad ones, I'm done with this location. Go to Patient First instead. They are super professional and provide great services.

Brought my Daughter here to this greenbelt location this morning with severe stomach pains. The young girl at the desk didn't even ask what was wrong etc she just checked to see if my daughter up to see if she was a patient or not and she was not. So she had me fill out like 8 pages of information, I finish the paperwork and hand them back to her. Like two minutes later she tells me the doctor there don't see kids. All that time wasted while my child is in pain She could've told me that the moment I walked in when I advised her that I was bringing my daughter. Such a pathetic unprofessional experience that I've ever experienced in my life. I'll never return there and from the other reviews I guess many won't be back either not by choice.
