MedStar Health: Primary Care at Bel Air

This was my first/new patient visit with this practice. No wait time at check or check out. ZULEIKA took very good care of me at check in and check out and was really very pleasant sweet.Then I was called within 5 minutes by NIA, the doctor's Medical Assistant. She was very thorough and delightful! Then it was only another 5 minutes and Doctor Deep came in and we proceeded with an excellent visit!! I am so happy I made the switch to this Primary Care Practice group at MedStar. Once again they have the best of the best!!

Everyone was very friendly and informative. It was a great experience. Nia and Dr. Deep were so kind and helpful. Dr. Deep took his time and listened throughly as we worked out a plan to follow for my care. Thank you all for all the compassion you have.

I have been to MEDSTAR Bel Air, Maryland over a dozen times and visited my primary care, LabCorp, radiology, Urgent Care, radiation oncology and Physical Therapy. All my visits are rated five stars, in terms of timeliness, Respect, skill, knowledge and abilities of the healthcare provider, and appearance and cleanliness of the healthcare facility and infection control. Unlike other healthcare facility institutes in Baltimore, the hallways are clear of medical equipment, excess furniture, and other miscellaneous items. The store Bel Air is doing a great job. Don't let your guard down. Keep at it.

I was seen by Dr. Hansen at the exact time of my appointment Dr. Hansen always greets me with a smile and asks me how I am doing. She gave me the results of my bloodwork and explained it in detail. She answered the questions I had. I have recommended Dr. Hansen to friends who were pleased with her.

MedStar Primary Care offers great service. When you call the front desk, someone is always available and helpful. The doctors are wonderful. They see you on time, and the follow up is great.
