Have been a patient of Dr. Ali's since he joined Dr. Nair. Excellent doctor. Explains clearly conditions and how he will help you control them. But something has changed. The office is terrible at returning calls. Had an ultrasound done 4 weeks ago and still have not gotten the results. They usually called me and then set up another appointment. Have been calling for 2 weeks to get results, but no one answers--always want you to leave a message. Asked my primary to call for results and even they can't get through. Need to make an appointment, but scheduling not returning calls. Very disappointed after all these years. Guess I will go to the office and find out why????

Latest experience with the staff as you enter were horrible at best. They said they called me on April 10 to cancel again (3rd time) to cancel my appointment on April 13th. The call never happened. I have not had an EKG in almost a year because of all the cancelations. I love Dr. Tabrizchi, bit sone of his staff not so much. The receptionist made a comment yo me that maybe I should find another place to go to. Out of bounds as far as I am concerned. I had heart bypass surgery in 1992. I feel it is very important that I am seen at least every 6 months. Sometimes I wish I was able to go back to NJ to my Inteventional Cardiologist who was able to get me thru my problems & was able to get me to the Cleveland Clinic to have my surgery by Dr. McCarthy who he performed the surgery who petfected a new procedure for bypass which did not use leg veins. By the way , I was 42 & now I am 72

Dr Tabrizchi is great. I've left 4-5 messages since last week as I am in need of post op clearance. No one has gotten back to me. This is definitely not the way to operate a Cardiologist practice.

Dr. Tabrizchi is wonderful and very helpful. However, be wary of booking a Friday late afternoon appointment for example: 1:45 pm. The staff had called to cancel once for an appointment and reschedule. Also, on two other appointments called to move the appointment to an earlier time - seems that on Fridays the staff wants to leave early and have no regard for patient appointments.

Dr Tabrizchi is GREAT ! But to get an appointment is terrible.
When you call you have to leave a message and they say they will call you back. Yeah they do 11 days later !! Now this time i am on
the 4th day with no call back. I don't know how this office is staying in business.
