Urgent referral accepted by Dr. Xu for my Mother's heart failure.Very kind with great bedside manner. Addressed both my parents directly rathan myself and explained things in easy to understand terms. Reassuring and very helpful making sure we understood plan for Moms care and how he would be involved in the process. Parents both felt very comforted by his expertise. Office clean and easy to navigate on rollators and in wheelchair. Desk staff and MA were very professional and helpful.
