I arranged my meeting so that I'd be on time for a 12:15 "device" check before meeting with Dr Amer. When I arrived at 12:05 I was told the 12:15 appointment had been cancelled. Obviously, I'd not been informed. Dr. Amer was not familiar with my history when he met with me. However, he indicated he was inclined to change my medications prescribed mindfully by Dr Hillsley. I was left confused and uncertain.
The professional explosion of the formerly excellent cardiac care department should be a shameful embarrassment to the management (so called) of Ascension St Agnes. As a retired RN from St Agnes after 30 years of dedicated service, I am not proud of St Agnes and the chaotic institution it is today.
