Warning: Dickfeld will gaslight you! Presented the image below, following an episode where I passed out - indicated by the 160bpm swing (context: I was NOT working out. I simply walked 2 blocks when this occurred). I was told that "this is normal for a young woman" and that I need to drink more water, lose weight, and see a therapist to reduce my stress. Completely ignoring that I was running 5Ks in the middle eastern heat prior to whatever illness is triggering these POTS-like symptoms. When I told him my OB/GYM advised not getting pregnant since my HR was consistently over 140 and it was risky for a baby, he said to find a new OB! (Including the photo that even AI acknowledges this concern...) Also had a referral from my PCP asking him to "CONFIRM POTS" as she & I have already come to the diagnosis / conclusion and simply needed his cardiac specialist signature & license to it. I even brought my husband this trip to see if he would still gaslight me with a male in the room. Very disappointed in the level of care provided through Dickfeld @ UoM. Not to mention his undermining multiple other medical professionals.

There is not enough words to describe the magic Dr. Tim Michael Dickfield and his team perform. From my first visit where I felt so comfortable and they asked me multiple times if I had any more questions. Surgery day was perfect from beginning to end. Most importantly they fixed my SVT! I have not had one issue and I'm off all medicine. The last visit I was told to live life as I did before I developed SVT. I was in tears of joy before I left. They are all Amazing and I feel blessed and thankful! If you are dealing with a heart rate issue and need help, look no further! They are Brilliant! Thank you doesn't seem enough but I'm truly grateful for all they do!
