The front desk staff were very courteous as and respectful. Dr. Paivanas is very personable he make you relax, inspire trust and confidence, engage with patient asking what the patient howne feels and then gives a very accurate explanations using graphics and pointing out to the patient in a way easy to underdstand. I was VERY impressed .
