Dr. Rosen has been my grandmother's doctor for many years, and she is extremely happy with the care he provides. Unfortunately, her experience is being overshadowed by the unprofessional behavior of the scheduling staff. When I recently called to handle some scheduling and medication matters, I was consistently cut off mid-sentence and spoken to with impatience and rudeness--particularly by a staff member named Shushawna (spelling may be incorrect), and later by Crystal when I was transferred to leave a message about meds. Their tone and behavior were incredibly off-putting and made it clear they do not enjoy or take pride in their roles. I asked to speak with a manager and was told by Shushawna that it wasn't possible. Crystal stated she would send a message for the manager to return my call, but I have yet to be contacted. This experience was disappointing and frustrating, especially considering the high regard we have for Dr. Rosen. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed, as the call center staff plays a critical role in patient care and experience.
