Would leave zero stars if I could. Lost receipts of my payments, nearly sent my bills to collections due to their own incompetence, then said it was MY job to find receipts of my payments for them!! Sent a notice dated 1/15 that did not arrive to me until 1/23 staying I had until the 25th to get in touch with them. Two days notice?! I'm lucky I have a long lunch break to spend on the phone with these fools! Man on the phone was rude, patronizing, and ignored my complaints. Absolutely unacceptable that a Maine based company can't send mail within their own state on time. Save yourself from these jokes and go elsewhere if you can.
