I'm so happy to be his patient I ditched my former cardio team 7 months after surgery. I had major complications post surgery and their behavior was not normal. Nothing was heart related, so they said. That's how I found out doctors lie. When I started reading notes from my patient portal I was shocked! I couldn't believe what I read. I guess they didn't think I would read my notes or look at my test results. That was another shock. I struck gold with Dr. Iftikhar. He is empathetic to my concerns, knowledgeable, a good listener and thorough. He never gave up trying to find the cause of the chronic chest pain I had after surgery. He was successful and I am grateful for that. I thought it would never go away. He is wise, trustworthy and always professional. I liked how he is straight forward. He tells it like it is. He believes that best health outcomes result from a strong doctor-patient relationship that is based on trust.
