Ochsner Health Center - Slidell Campus Building 1

My doctor Dr.Timothy Schneider was absolutely exquisite usually Ochsner doctors, are a hit or miss in my opinion but he was absolutely spectacular! He listened to everything I was saying & listened to my input & even set me up with a new gynecologist I needed he was patient & sweet. I've got to say he was one of the best doctors there & he needs a raise. He asked about how I generally was. He was honestly concerned. I wish he could be my primary doctor, because he just was so great!! I've never met a doctor who I could get real info & was still understanding at the same time. He obviously cares about his patients. So if you want a great , outstanding, informative ENT doctor go to Dr. Timothy Schneider best doctor at Ochsner. He was extremely easy to talk to and will justify your concerns. Ochsner you did a good job hiring him!!!!!

I went for my annual check up at the women's clinic. Staff was professional as expected but there was a lack of attention to detail on behalf on the PA part of what we discussed during the visit were not in her notes, prescription that I can no longer take sent to the pharmacy. I had to call to clarify and left a message and it was resolved. However, there were some test results that posted on my chart a few days later and no one bothered to call to discuss what the results where and what they mean. Instead I ended up calling and spoke to someone (I don't remember her name but it wasn't the PA) and she just brushed it off as "normal" and "nothing to worry about" and to schedule myself to be seen again the next year. How do you tell someone they have a virus that has no cure and in the same breath say it's "nothing to worry about?" I couldn't even bring myself to ask any follow up questions because of how insanely mad that made me. I've been to multiple ob/gyn clinics and this my first experience where they do not call to discuss results regardless if the results were good or bad they've always called! Hell even PPH calls. Not that it matters to them bc I'm just another patient but I'm definitely will not be bringing my insurance here next time around I need a annual check up!

My experience at Ochsner Specialty Health Center One - Slidell was disappointing. I had a 1 pm appointment, but encountered significant issues at check-in. The staff member was viewing outdated information from 2020, despite my attempts to clarify that the information was incorrect and provide my updated phone number. Despite my insistence, she refused to search for my details. I had to contact Ochsner's customer service, who were able to locate my appointment in their system. As a result of this disorganization, I lost my appointment and had to reschedule at a different location. This experience was frustrating, and I will not be returning to this facility.

I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Dale at Ochsner Specialty Health Center One in Slidell. This was my first visit and I was greeted by caring and polite staff members which helped calm my anxiety over the issue at hand. Dr. Dale was kind, very up beat and positive, and spent much time discussing and listening to me. He laid out a plan of action and gave me HOPE. I knew I was at the right place! He made me smile, something I haven't done in a long time and I look forward to better days thanks to Dr. Dale. He's a jewel in my book! Ty so much!

I would give it a zero if I could. I'm a veteran and they know by kaw they are supposed to go to the VA under community care agreement. They keep coming after me for payment like Rottweilers. Disgusting!!!!!!
