John Ochsner Heart and Vascular Institute - Slidell

They called and asked me if I could come in earlier for another apot time, and I was really happy about that because I'm having some issues and have been on waitlists. I canceled all my waitlist appts with other Dr.'s, and I got there early and checked in then waited more than 30 minutes past when they asked me to be there. This place has me livid.

I didn't have to wait no more than five minutes after I got there. The nurse spoke to me, took my vitals and right after the doctor came in. Dr. Garg acknowledge me as soon as he came in ( he has good bed side manners as the old folks use to say). He makes you feel at ease/ comfortable. He went through all my medicine he thorough. I left impressed with him. It was my first time seeing him and I wasn't expecting that from him. He's a keeper for me .

Everyone was so kind, even while over worked, under appreciated, surely they feel some kind of way about risking their lives for Humanity, yet, I had the most pleasant experience. Thankyou, Michael for putting Me first, explaining and reassuring every step of the way. God Bless Ya.

I have never been to this facility before the lady at the information desk was on her phone and she was not helpful at all but the overall experience was pleasant. The check in person was very nice the ultrasound tech and other technicians were nice too.

Rebecca Grub is a great provider who takes her time and listens to her patients. She makes decisions only after thoroughly understanding your issues. I have no hesitation in recommending her to heart patients.
