I do not have an issue with jones himself! His office has always been great. UNTIL this morning. I called yesterday about my child and left a message. I called back this morning to have something new added to the message for the doc and the lady on the phone was RUDE AND INTERRUPTED AND DISMISSIVE about the new thing I was trying to add for the doc to see. I said one foul word and the second I did I said by and hung up. Then she wants to complain ABOUT ME!! And have the doc say he is going to stop seeing my son if I called and cussed her out again. I DID NOT CUS HER OUT TO BEGIN WITH. THESE CALLS ARE RECORDED SO GO BACK LISTEN TO THE CALL ON 12-3-25 morning!!!
