First of all they give you an appointment that you would like. Then they make sure that you check in and that you're comfortable. The nurse calls your name it takes you back to take your vitals. The nurses are always friendly and polite to you. They always respect your privacy when they put you in a room. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends.

Great staff! Timely. Hopefully the electrical issues were solved and using the very dirty stairwell wont be a continued issue. Folks with mobility issues cannot get up those stairs! Plus it is FILTHY. Otherwise, that clinic and staff are great.

Have been waiting for a heart monitor for weeks now,and haven't so much as received a call or any information about when to get it. Called finally, and they didn't even call me by my name, had a entirely different name in MY chart, had the wrong address and all. THATS NOT VERY COMFORTING!!!Transferred me back and forth to Eco, for me to only be told oh I'm sorry policy just changed we will call you back with a appointment, to which I NEVER RECEIVED A call! I understand these people are busy.... but when you're relying on them to get you a machine to help you figure out what's going on with one of your MAIN vital organs... it makes you feel real uneasy! I understand it may not be such a concern to the staff,but my heart is pretty important to me,and so is getting the correct answers as well as information on MY charts and getting my monitor in a timely fashion!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have not been to this doctor yet, I do have an appointment. I just wanted to respond to the comment I just read about not being called back on several occasions. This is the reason I am changing to this doctor because I had a very very similar experience with Dr. Krause and didn't want to have to go through that again so I will come back to revise my rating once I'm able to see if it goes better.
