As always, my visits with Dr. Baxter Are 1st class all the way. From the ck. in lady,the nurse's, the lab personal everything is pleasant & professional. I would & do recomend this clinic to anyone. Mike Richards

Dr Baxter have awesome professionalism he's a good listener easy to share your concerns. The staff checking in and throughout my visit even the phlebotomist made me feel so at ease thanks guys I made a good choice coming there for my medical needs.

I was not satisfied because I went for my appointment that was scheduled and got there for my appointment to find out that my doctor was out sick. Didn't receive the message until I had arrived for my appointment. They rescheduled me, didn't call me to see if that appointment worked for me are not. And then upon trying to make the appointment, because my husband works at night, we only have one vehicle.I tried to call them to let them know I was going to be about 17 minutes late.i was never connected to there office it kept giving me the directory or appointment line so. When I arrived for the second time. The receptionist told me on I'm gonna have to reschedule my appointment. That just didn't set well with me at all. Now I'm normally on time for my appointment. But I do realize we all have things that come up and I'm very understandable about that. So I ask could I speak with the doctor at this point because I think if I was understanding with him being out, then he could have been understanding to me as well with transportation issues with me he should've been understanding as well. But I Thank God for Mrs. Johnnie that called a couple of the patients that had appointments that same day. But at a different time to see they were going to make there appointment, and one of them said they weren't going to make it. So she gave me their appointment since I was already there. So I wouldn't have to make a third trip to the doctors office again just to be seen. Doctor Baxtor has been my primary doctor since Doctor William Wise left Oshnars, ani I would like to keep Doctor Baxtor. But on that day I really was considering getting another Primary care physician. So this is my reason for the ratting of a 3 and not a 5. Yes he's a good Doctor, just needed him to be more understanding at the time to my need!

My experience with Dr. Baxter has always been a great experience. Sometimes it takes a while to get in but when you get in, he helps you.

100/10 This man is a wonderful doctor. He is very compassionate at what he does. He really listens to his patients ,well he does to me. He really has helped me through a lot of what I'm going through. Great job to the clinic the ladies at the front are absolutely Beautiful and so friendly and always make sure I am taken care of !
