I have always been very pleased with the entire staff at Regional. From the front desk to the lab to Dr. Palmer, everyone has been personable, pleasant and professional. Kaitlyn just took the ball and started running. Friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. She even discussed a personal matter without embarrasssing me or her. Overall experience excellent.
I found her to be knowledgeable, encouraging, thoughtful and through in our enteractions. She gave me positive feed back as to my status and current treatment program. Would encourage anyone with health issues to feel confident in seeking care with her at Ochsner Regional Urology.
