My mom didnt feel comfortable with her cardilogist at another provider. I have seen and my father has seen and trusted Dr Fillecia, so I set an appointment for her to switch to Dr Fillecia. I then get a call back saying he won't see her because she already has another cardiologist and ACS wanted her to see someone else there, but she didn't want another unknown and untrusted cardiologist. Dr Fillecia used to be great and friendly, but maybe he got too full of himself or something. I sure as hell will not go to ACS again, or refer anyone to ACS or Dr Fillecia again. In fact, I will vehemently reccomend going anywhere but ACS.

You're just a number here . Doctors are in it just for the money nurses and worse. Employers are over worked nobody is in a good mood. I've been on a refill for 3 months. A lot of billing and taking patients money and a whole lot of treating patients like numbers. I tried twice to file a complaint but trust me the charge nurse will lie and not return your call . They will tell you anything to get you off the phone. This place is a rat race I wouldn't recommend them to see my dogs let alone a patient. Please don't bring your family to this place and expect good service or care . Dollars signs is all they see .

i tried to get appointment with Dr Fillecia to switch to him as my cardiologist. Appointment was scheduled, then canceled because he said he won't take a patient already seeing a cardiologist. I was referred to him by someone I trust since no cardiologist I have seen I feel comfortable with or trust, so now I am stuck. I will tell people to not even try to go here because they don't care.

Love Jennifer NP and Dr Ray Smith but I don't like Colleen the one that answered the phone for appointments, she is so rude, she hung up on me 2 times when I was trying to make a appointment because she said she was through talking to me, so I called office manager Teresa and she said it didn't surprise her that Colleen did that. Colleen is bad for business she needs to be fired! It upset me so much I thought about changing doctors. If it wasn't for Colleen they would have got five stars from me. Teresa did help me to get an appointment with no problem it should have been that easy with Colleen but it was not! It's sad you have to call the office manager to get an appointment but good thing they have Teresa, she does a good job, but she shouldn't have to do other people's job.

The doctors are so amazing. They are very efficient but also kind and caring. Dr. James Smith is my cardiologist. Dr. Wiggins put a pacemaker in for me. Dr. Fellicio called on me while I was in Highland over the weekend before the procedure. He explained what was going to be done and answered my questions. The care from all of them was excellent. Everyone involved was great at being assuring.
