I'm a bit shocked of the lack of comments here. My dad had a quadruple bypass here in 2010. The staff and service was amazing! Here we are 8 years later and he is still going strong. Thank you Tulane for saving my dads heart! We are grateful for all that you've done!

I used to be very pleased with this clinic, and it was instrumental in managing my heart failure. Nearly a year ago, my cardiologist (Dr Jaiswall) moved out of state and a lot has changed since then. I was assigned a new doctor. I met the doctor in March and it was OK. Got next appointment scheduled for half a year later (September) but an echosonogram for a couple of weeks later. It seemed strange to schedule a test if you're not meeting the doctor for next half a year to discuss the results. I thought someone would call me or text me to let me know what the echosonogram showed (like my previous doctor would have) but nobody ever did. So I was looking forward to the September appointment, to finally find out my results, even if they were half a year overdue. A few weeks before the scheduled appointment, I got a call that my appointment had been canceled. Apparently, the clinic is short staffed and the doctor would be doing procedures that day. I would be understanding about it if my appointment had been bumped a week or so. But no, I was given an option to reschedule it for late November, over two months later. It is October now, seven months after the echosonogram that I paid several hundred dollars for, and I still have *no idea* what it showed (the technicians were the usual "I'm a technician, can't tell you anything, you need to discuss it with your doctor" enigma). I'm about to have an appointment at a different clinic. I'm sure Tulane has capable doctors, with a lot of experience. But if a patient has no chance to actually see those doctors, that's not of much use, is it?
