Patient
No one wants to need rehab or skilled nursing care, but recently my dad required it after a hospital stay. Two nurses at the hospital had very positive things to say about Woldenberg Village. I swung by there after leaving hospital without an appointment. Natasha in admissions took the time to see me right away and gave me a tour. She was very helpful throughout the admission process and made it easy at a difficult time. Over the course of 3 weeks I was in and out daily. The staff was always very nice, the place was immaculately clean and odorless every day. His daytime caregiver, April, was a true gem and he loved her. Bobby the social worker organized his post discharge homecare and necessary equipment. The nursing staff was terrific and even scheduled follow dr. visits and transportation to and from. My dad also was very pleased with the facilty's doctor, Dr. Powell who never seemed rushed and took pleanty of time with him. There were lots of labs that were done regularly to monitor his improvement. The laundry was done nicely and returned to his room neatly on hangers. I wish i could mention each caring person by name. His speech, OT and physical therapy helped to get his strength back and get him back home safe and sound. He is continuing to improve just in time for his 90th birthday. Very grateful for this place and everyone there. Would not hesitate to use them again if ever needed.
