Dr del Toro and all of the staff were really helpful, professional, caring, and knowledgeable. We had a great experience here and I would definitely recommend it to others in need of a pediatric cardio provider. I'm giving 4 stars out of 5 simply because I was wondering while there if they needed separate well/sick waiting areas. Maybe this isn't necessary as a specialists office, but there was a baby coughing terribly (poor little one!), and it made me nervous around my newborn.
Words cannot even begin to express how impressed and blown away I was with Dr. Del Toro and her entire staff. Everyone was so welcoming and caring and WANTED to be doing what they were doing. They went out of their way from start to finish to ensure that you knew exactly what they were going to ask and do and why they were doing it. They were happy and uplifting and you could tell that it was genuine. This staff works so well together because they all seem to share a common passion for what they do. I was a nervous wreck and they truly helped me through this scary and difficult time and their expertise and professionalism was something like I haven't seen in a long time. I have loved my OB/GYN for a long time and found no other doctors close to his care until I met this team.
