I brought my daughter in to follow up with a heart murmur they heard at birth. After the appointment, it was determined she was fine and didn't have a heart murmur. However, Dr. Lara said I should bring her back in a year from now to check "another" issue with her heart. I explained to him that financially, I could not afford to keep bringing her back year after year if nothing was truly wrong with her heart. He told me,"I should bring my daughter back when I get BETTER insurance." (I'll be sure to tell Blue Cross and my employer that the insurance they offer is inadequate for Dr.Lara's office.) Eventually, he went on to do other test to rule out the issue so we wouldn't have to come back. I was grateful for that.

Absolutely AMAZING- Dr. Lara is the Analogy King!lol So thankful to have Dr. Lara (main) and Dr. Mouledoux as Elijah's Cardiologists. Those two, along with their nurses (Tracie and Ann) are very thorough at explaining everything and their heart warming personalities always make us feel so important and loved. :) It takes a team to execute excellence and the entire pediatric cardiology team are incredible Rock Stars! The Drs, Nurses, Sonographers, CVICU, etc are also great leaders to the students. I love seeing the students sit in and shadow during Eli's visits. :) Thank You

The Doctor knew his craft and was able to thoroughly explain and show empathy and compassion at the same time. He allowed us to share our views and concerns and was able to explain the pros and cons. Highly recommended

Check in is easy, quick. Hardly any wait time. Friendly, dedicated staff and we love Dr Lara! He's the best!

The nurses and doctors are so friendly and professional. Very informative on the procedures and test that they perform and I'm very pleased with the services provided.
