Affinity Health Group - The Heart Clinic

Being in the medical field, as a nurse myself, I feel as though I get top notch cardiac care right here in Northeast Louisiana without having to leave the area. The doctors and nurse practitioners are always so thorough and listen to my concerns. These doctors are highly knowledgeable and well trained, as well as the staff. Friendly staff, who are willing to go above and beyond for their patients. I'm extremely pleased to be under the care of this excellent team of professionals.

I had an appointment on June 2 for the first time as a referral from my family doctor. After driving 2 hours from home to this office, the staff informed me that it was June 1? I had called three times and messaged 2 times prior to my appointment with no response. Needless to say if this the way this office operates, I can only imagine what the future would hold dealing with them. I have chosen to be referred to a different cardiologist with a better and more efficient office staff. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone

Go see Dr. Hilbun if you need heart care. His whole staff is just as friendly and welcoming as he is, and I felt like I was right where I needed to be to get the care I needed. You don't need to go out of town for the "best" when we have physicians like Dr. Hilbun right here.

The receptionist is very rude she allowed me to stand for 5 minutes without acknowledging me and then rudely sped through some forms she wanted me to fill out and when I brought the clipboard back she snatched it from me and quickly closed the window. If this is the best I would hate to see the worst. The NP was kind but seemed rushed

There is a reason affinity rates so low! Whatever you do, STAY OUT OF THAT UROLOGY CLINIC IN THAT BUILDING! The doctors and staff are AWFUL! And after posting about this I find out we are far from the only ones who have witnessed the mess of an office that place is!
