Visit to Dr. Richard K. Imsais, M.D., on September 08, 2020 The medical assistant brought me to the patient cubicle precisely as scheduled. She dispatched the preliminary details efficiently in the professional manner. My physician arrived quickly afterwards. He is always friendly, patient, understanding and thorough. He speaks quietly and informatively, listening alertly without interruption and responding precisely. It is always a satisfying and supportive experience for me to visit with him. I'm grateful for his presence and interest in my medical wellbeing.

Dr. Imsais was great. Very thorough and explained everything in a way I could understand. Followed up quickly with results from lab tests. Couldn't have asked for better service. Office staff was very courteous as well. Not often do you go to a doctor appointment and don't wait around for a while. Was seen almost immediately and doctor took his time with exam.

Dr. Imsais has been my primary care physician for a number of years. His medical knowledge is excellent, and he's good at relaying technical information in a way I can understand it. He and the staff are also good at responding to messages in the app.

I have known Dr. Imsais for many years. I love his personality, character, and his approach to explaining things to me. Whether it is in-person or tele-health visits, he pays attention to details and makes me feel comfortable. He is on the same staff as my other Doctor and I will always go for Dr. Imsais when mine has no appointments available.

I saw Dr Imsais on March 18 for my annual exam. He first reviewed the results of my tests explaining and answering my questions. Then we discussed my medications and decided not to change any because everything was normal. We finished with the ears, heart and lungs Everything was normal. He set up appointments with the ENT and Gastroenterology Depts. The exam was done in a professional and friendly manner. All conversation was in terms I could understand. I chose Dr Imsais as my primary physician about a year ago and I am very satisfied with him.
