Dr. Gregory Crenshaw was very professional, caring, and explained the surgery procedure before it took place. .. The staffing and nursing assistant was absolutely professional!!! My healing process with my left leg is going very well. This facility is always clean, people friendly, and parking is available!
My nurse practitioner at Davita put in a request at Endovascular to have my access looked at during the beginning of summer. When I returned Endovascular access call it was as if they didn't know who I was or what I was calling for (as if they didn't call me). Needless to say they were able to get me scheduled 6 weeks out for August 6th. At the time of scheduling this appointment my access aneurisms were already big so by the time I was seen it was even bigger. I get a call August 5th telling me to not eat or drink anything and I was under the impression that I would have surgery. I arrive, they gave me a gown just to walk in a feel my aneurisms and tell me it's an out patient surgery that needed to be scheduled and it wouldn't happen for another few months. Yesterday, I called on September 16th as it's been 6 weeks since that visit and I've heard zero updates. When I called I was told they were backed up and that they were working on it and that they had to wait on the hospitals to let them know what dates they had availability. This service and lack of communication is unacceptable. Furthermore I don't want to die because my aneurisms have burst and I bled out.
Ok clinic...I guess. I just wasn't too happy or thrilled with Dr. Gregory Crenshaw that performed both of my projects. He is very unprofessional in my eyes. They were...( He & his staff) laughing & making jokes during my surgery as I lay awake in pain. I felt him cutting on me & I said OUCH( TWICE) . He told the anesthesiologist to give him more anesthesia... HE'S MOVING A LOT....DUH...IM MOVING BECAUSE I GELT U CUTTING ON ME SHERLOCK....I had 2 awful experiences with him....so now I'm seeing a doctor here where I live
Make sure to ask for the free cab ride, the free sandwiches and the gift certificates to Wally World for being a patient. They give you all sorts of stuff for being a patient! Oh and remember to sign up to get your legs worked on which is totally necessary.
