LCMC Health Urgent Care - Marrero

My visit was Epic. I was a walking. Checking with the wonderful front desk clerk, received a text my appointment time and was called to the back 7 minutes later which was the ti.e my text stated. Welcome by the sweetie assistant then this wonderful doctor whom I seen. She was soft spoken ask question and should she cared about my pain. Told me what she suggest and wait for me to agree. When she gave me the shot she was so gentle and easy I didn't feel the needle pinch at all, but a lil warm feeling going through. She offer me a cold compact and it help. Thank you very much. Not sure if I should leave her name, but my arrive time was 4:15 pm and I left out about 4:45pm. Today I feel soooo much better. To God be the Glory.

The entire staff was very friendly. I didn't have to wait long to be seen, which was really good since I was feeling very ill. They treated me with respect. The doctor truly cares about her patients; she listened to me, ran the necessary tests, and was able to give me an accurate diagnosis. I am very grateful. I definitely recommend this place.

Staff was very nice and understanding when I had to return home briefly, but once I returned and got everything in order, I was seen by some nice individuals and felt comfortable even though I was feeling bad. When I can't get seen early enough by the doctor, Urgent Care is the way! Thanks so much!

I called my doctor to get an appointment and needless to say I was informed that he no longer works at my facility. I was told to find an urgent care. So I chose LCMC and they were able to pull my records for my meds. So I was able to hit the as a truck driver for the next month with no worries. Thanks LCMC!

I love PA Thomas. She actually has a good patient and doctor communication. Taken the time to explain the importance of each medication detail's and instructions . I hope she stays longer with the marrero facility.
