This Dr did an angiogram on me in February. My femoral vein was damaged during the procedure. I wound up in Tulane three weeks later undergoing multiple procedures to repair the damage. I have no Healthcare and don't qualify for medicaid. I'm highly allergic to Coumadin and now will be on a medicine that cost me 500.00 a month for the rest of my life. I hired an attorney who guaranteed me we had a case.... And then dropped it yesterday... Stating North Oaks put in my paperwork that I had an allergic reaction to IV contrast and stated nothing about the error that occurred during the procedure this doctor performed. A procedure I was awake for. My word... Against their documents. My life is forever changed.... I now live with DVTS... And I fear that I will leave my children at a young age. Be very cautious.
