Lake Charles Urgent Care - Ryan St.

This was by far, the best Urgent Care I have ever been to. The staff was extremely friendly, service was quick, and I was taken care of immediately. It was very helpful to have the option of checking in online first and choosing my appointment time. The website was user friendly. I was taken to the back at the time I requested. I was given a thorough exam. The nurses and NP really took their time to get my history and symptoms. I was treated with utmost respect. I would recommend this Urgent Care to everyone!!

I was experiencing extreme back pain. Went in on a Saturday amazingly it wasn't busy. So I was seem right away which is always a plus . The nurse was very attentive and listened carefully and heard all my needs. Waited no more than 10 minutes before the PA on call came in . He also listened with care and knew right away what I was experiencing with my lower back pain. Treated me and set me up with a prescription right away and before you know it o was out the whip process because it wasn't busy I was in and out less than an hour. Urgent Care of Lake Charles gets 2 thumbs up from me and 10out of 10 thank you Dr and Staff

My family has gone there for all kinds of things over the past two or three years, and they have always been wonderful! Kind, compassionate, and most importantly help with our medical needs! We've never had a bad experience, only great service!

The staff was nice and the physician did a great job at asking questions and answering questions. She took her time with me and put me through a few exercises and diagnose my problem accurately which was Vertigo. She put together a plan for me and I picked up my meds from the drug store and within 5 days I was back on my feet. Thanks guys for your help Please keep helping people

I went to Urgent Care with Acute Sciatic Pain and I had gone to another Urgent Care earlier and was told my insurance coverage showed inactive! I knew that was incorrect but they said they could not accept my insurance. I left and went to this Urgent Care. Madison at the check in desk also initially told me the same but when I told her that was definitely an error she went the extra step and called the doctor line and found out my coverage was still active. Thanks to her going the extra mile I was able to receive care. Kenny the NP carefully listened to my symptoms and was able to provide excellent advice and relief! I Highly recommend this facility and staff!!
