Dr. Duncan was very sincere in his demeanor. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I thought I was going to see the Dr. Carl Duncan whom I started out with but was actually seeing Dr. Kurt Duncan, his twin brother. This explained the fact that he didn't seem to remember that we had discussions about medical tests and medicine. And I didn't noticed the name tag difference since they are pretty much identical. Once we determined that Dr. Kurt Duncan was now my doctor, I think he'll remember our conversation.
May of 2022 my husband went to ER heart attack Dr Kurt Duncan was his cardiologist that night and we have established care with him. He is great always explains things very well to us! So very pleased with the care that he has given us!
My treatments from the Doctor are great, but the wait time to be called to the back after check-in are way to long. My last visit I waited 40 mins and I went back to the check-in window to find out what was the delay. The receptionist checked and it showed i was already in the back being seen. She called the nurse and 5 mins later the nurse came out and called me to the back. She wasn't friendly at all and acted like she didn't want to be there.
