I usually don't share the negative, but I will today. I went in for a stab wound and left with it super glued and it opened back up before I even left the parking lot. I needed stitches, but my care was rushed and just treated as a way to get in and out because it was the day before Thanksgiving. Now I have to go to the ER and get them to stitch it. It was honestly a wasted visit. My nurse was sweet, and heaven sent. But the lady that did the care could've been better and more concerned.

Everything was good but building need too expand to accommodate patients wait time was not very bad but can be improved not staff fault. So time was better with the wait staff in and out than getting patients see in back. Hope this hurt me saying just people are feeling back things take time. God bless.

Arrived without an appointment an hour before closing. Staff were very friendly and service was quick. Giving one star because attention was not given to current daily prescription regimen and meds administered as well as prescribed during this visit all had serious side effects as a result of drug interactions. These effects were experienced as a result of the drug interactions and additional treatment (received from a different provider) was necessary. Fortunately, the effects of the drug interactions were not life-threatening in this instance.

I made my appt on line and I was seen promptly and taken care of quickly! I was very impressed! This was my first visit to Fast Pace and it was the quickest appt every! My script was called in immediately and was being worked on when I got to my pharmacy! Excellent customer service and it b will be my urgent care facility in the future!!
