I went to the emergency room seeking pain relief from a terrible earache. Instead I get a prescription for a pharmacy that doesn't open for 3 more hours. Why not give me something to alleviate the pain. I'm pretty sure the bill will be hundreds of dollars anyway. Update I received my bill from ochsner and I was correct. They want to charge me $365 for a 10-minute visit where they didn't even give me any medication for the pain that I was going through.

Absolutely horrible I WILL NOT be coming back I waited hours on end just for a few test results for a moment I thought they forgot about me because of how long I was waiting . It was only about 3 patients in the hospital when I went it's no way I should have been waiting that long while nurses were just chatting THIS IS A JOB NOT A WEEKEND OFF

I had to bring my teenager to the ER for multiple symptoms she was experiencing. I found the staff to be very kind and helpful. The nurses really seemed to care, and the doctor made sure we knew all the results of the tests they ran and what we needed to do after leaving. The waiting time was minimal, and her care team was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this hospital.

The wait wasn't long for a Saturday night. Cleanliness is a low rating because there was blood droppings on the floor & needle cap on the counter top in the room we were put in. My husband and I had our 8 year old son with us. Also, one of the electrical panels were not sealed to the wall it was hanging off. Very dangerous. Great staff, it's just the environment was not clean.

I have had a jaw/tmj problem for so long and Dr. Laura Mutter saw me to do a jaw reduction. I just want to say that I have never had a better experience. I have gone to all of the tri parishe hospitals and Dr. Mutter truly had the most amazing bedside manner. She listened and she was extremely honest. I would 100% recommend going there and to her before going to another hospital and this is coming from someone who has private insurance. She actually listened to me instead of me thinking that I was just blabbing. Love her. Thank you Dr. mutter and the nurses who assisted you. You have all made me feel so welcomed and so taken care of. I cannot thank you enough.
