I sought care from Dr. Bedi just to establish a relationship with a cardiologist and was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. However, after obtaining a second opinion from a highly respected cardiologist, this diagnosis was ruled out -- there were no clinical signs, symptoms, or echocardiogram findings consistent with heart failure. I am very concerned that medications were prescribed for a condition I did not have, which could have caused unnecessary harm. I also felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and that the level of care and communication was lacking. Based on my experience, I would advise others to seek a second opinion before starting any prescribed treatment from Dr. Bedi or seek another doctor.

I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Bidi and the clinical pharmacist Dunnya through Digital Medicine. I was prescribed a medication that caused serious side effects including facial swelling, hair loss, and a racing heart. I responsibly contacted Digital Medicine to report the reaction and requested a switch without saying anything negative about Dr. Bidi. However, I was called in for an earlier appointment where Dr. Bidi read a note from Dunnya that misrepresented my actions, stating I had refused the medication. That was not true I took the medication and had a severe reaction. I was never shown the actual documentation, and the situation felt unprofessional and stressful. After speaking directly with Dunnya, she confirmed that what she wrote was not rude or messy, and I still don't know what was actually said between them. The lack of transparency and the stress caused by this miscommunication led me to replace both Dr. Bidi and Dunnya. I'm focused on staying healthy and need a care team that supports that without unnecessary drama.

Dr. Bedi is knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. I had to have CT surgery and his care before and after the procedure has been excellent.
