As always Dr. Beas kind and thorough. His staff all knew their jobs, which they performed well. I only waited a few minutes when I arrived in the waiting room. Also didn't wait long in the exam room before the doctor arrived. I started receiving calls pertaining to a referral I asked for before I reached my car!

Dr. Bertucci is always polite and professional but more than that he genuinely cares about the well being of his patients. He takes the time to note and review important life events for his patients and makes it a point to follow up in a way that other doctors unfortunately don't these days. Wait times are often longer than usual, especially for virtual visits, but it's worth it when you have a doctor that is compassionate and committed to your health and well being. Also, his office staff are always very helpful and go out of their way to send messages and take care of scheduling issues. 10/10, highly recommend!
