Currently 9/15/25 - next available appointment... November. Seriously? Hey. No big deal! It's just my friggin' heart?! Perhaps refer someone to another local / outlying area cardiologist if they seem concerned about the timeframe? One of your EIGHT other locations maybe? Two months or the emergency room is unacceptable. The interim stress alone could be enough to send one into arrhythmia.
My experience was very unpleasant. Long waiting time for getting an appointment. Very rude and unhelpful secretary/receptionist. Long waiting time when you have an appointment. I feel bad for the people who have serious heart condition that have to "accept" this kind of awful service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
I always feel cared about in this office, by each and every person on this team. Dr. Kasabali always shows his concern and answers any questions about my care. He is very thorough and works with both passion and compassion to take complete care of his patients.
Very disappointed by this first time visit with William B. Eaves, MD. He was borderline rude and rushed through my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 9:40 am. I arrived on time; however, it was 12:05 pm before I was called out of the waiting room into his office. I came prepared with copies for him of my medical records from another hospital system. He seemed to resent that he had those to review. He rushed through the appointment and was very abrupt. He ordered lab and an echo which I will call and cancel tomorrow . I will not be seeing this physician again.
Easy to find. Lots of new faces. I received a warm Welcome. Was taken back on time. Friendly Nurse. Excellent Doctor, Dr. Cole, brings it down to my level of understanding and that means a lot because when you get home and your wife says, what did the doctor say? You can tell her all he said because it was that simple and to the point and ya cant have any better understanding than having a doctor, nurse, service staff who takes care of your heart! They showed ME that THEY HAD HEART!
