Dr Murphy & staff are terrific, very friendly & upbeat. Dr M is amazing - perfectly competent, caring, quite smart - was top in her class, great demeanor and patient manner. My wife & I have seen her for ~15 years. Dr M has performed several procedures on me - all done very well. She is a "doctor's doctor," very knowledgeable in her field and other fields of medicine as well. Dr. Murphy and her staff are friendly, to the point of being cheery !!
Dr. Welden is a phenomenal doctor. He takes his time with his patients and ask you questions and affords you the opportunity to ask him questions. Dr. Cooley is also the same way. They both have great bed side manners. You rarely find those attributes out of most doctor's today. They don't rush you out of your appointment and make you feel like you are just an insurance payment. They truly care about the well-being of their patients. You aren't just a number.
I have the best experiences at Baton Rouge Clinic. You can get your labs done in the same building and the staff works hard to get everyone in/out quickly. I also enjoy the app that makes getting information, messages, and test results so easy. I also really appreciate Dr. Penn. He listens, informs, and takes care of my needs.
I had a very positive visit with Dr. Robert Hinkle. My wait time to see him was very short. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Hinkle was professional and very kind and attentive. From the moment that he walked into the room, he made me feel at ease. He explained my test results and answered my questions with patience and concern. I was very pleased with my visit! I am also a patient of Dr. Jeannemarie Hinkle, Dr. Robert Hinkle's wife. They are both excellent doctors, and I highly recommend both of them!
