Have been trying for week to get a appointment with Dr Smith , no one has answered the phone yet on making a appointment & leave a message hasn't picked up either, just rings , this is not very good service, always a recording to much volume,
My Dad is a patient and we usually go to the Gonzales office, but I love this place! The office is pleasant, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick. Dr. Landry always explains everything thoroughly and answers any questions, he is very kind. It is also convenient that they schedule lab work to be done right at the office.

No one at Renal Associates seems to be able to provide accurate information. I have been dissatisfied with them since Dr. Kenney retired. Update (01/17/25) Renal Associates made some management changes (and possibly ownership changes) several years ago and the process was not smooth. However, the doctors at Renal are the absolute best. If you are in, or near Baton Rouge and have kidney issues, this is definitely the group of doctors you want on your side.
This is not just your average Doctor's office. This is a team of loving individuals who genuinely care about you and your health. They have tons of information and are always willing to share with you. They encourage you to do better and also encourage healthy, life-changing lifestyles. I went into renal failure over 20 years ago and this has always been my location of choice. I now have a transplant and I'm feeling good. The doctors are consistent, loving, knowledgeable, sincere, and always willing to assist. The staff here is like a family. I always look forward to my appointments. Dr. Samuel is awesome!!!!!!!
