Dr. Classon walked into the patient room
He never greeted me or told me his name
He sat with his back to me facing the computer and looked at data
He asked a few questions which were hard to hear because he did not face me
I mentioned I had trouble hearing well
He did not bother to turn to speak at all, or to even raise the volume of his voice
He did not explain the results of the test testing that I've been done that day
His man was totally disconnected and I felt so uncomfortable. I almost wanted to walk out.
I had to ask if the results of the test showed any issues with my heart
He responded again without turning around
To consider changing one of my medication's
He never did that
I've never been to a Doctor That made so little effort to connect with a patient
I definitely will not return
If he had a bad day for some reason, I'm very sorry
But I don't understand what else could have caused this Dr. to be so incapable of Communication, Sharing information, Or even show human connection

If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Clausen fit me in after an accidental appointment mixup text message from the BRCC. I was thankful that he fit me in, because my provider was off on the day they had accidentally scheduled me for. Dr. Clausen had absolutely ZERO bed side manner and did not even introduce himself when he walked in the room. He walked straight to his computer facing away from me and started typing away. Then with questioning he asked me what I did for work, and I told him I'm a nurse. He then from that point on answered questions with "you are a nurse you should know that." I am a nurse who is in FNP school and have a lot of knowledge, however I am NOT a cardiac nurse nor do I know every single thing about the specialty of cardiology. 0/10 do NOT recommend. I will not be referring my patients to him when I graduate.
