Patient
I had an appointment today at this Location. Any other time I would go to the one in the Summit. Let me just say this. I have never in my whole entire life come upon a group of people that were kind, loving, caring, patient, etc then these people. It started with the ladies that greeted me when I walked in. Nice, smiling and they noticed my grandson. Next... the medical assistant that walked me back to my room, asked me the reason for my visit today, took my blood pressure, and gave me an EKG, all the while she was holding my grandson and keeping his attention so I could lay there unbothered for my test. She conversated with us, made me feel at ease, knowing how nervous I was to be there in the 1st place. She finished up, let me know the Doctor would be in soon and closed the door behind her. My grandson became more curious once she left, so the medical asst walked back in and asked if I would like for her to take him. I felt comfortable with her, so I said sure. She watched my grandson for 30 minutes while I was with the Doctor. Unbelievable. No other medical professionals had ever offered such help before. I saw Mrs. Stacy Roberts today, along with another lady that was in orientation. Mrs. Roberts and her associate was both Nurse Practitioners. Time was taken with me, questions were asked, concern was shown. That was just with the Nurse Practioner that was in orientation. Mrs. Roberts came in after. She sat with me and asked every question she could think of. She kept asking if there was anything else she could do for me. I have been going thru a difficult time with my oldest daughter, and I explained she was in a situation that was causing me extreme anxiety and stress. The care I saw in her eyes for me made me know and understand that she was sincere and honest. She also asked me if I prayed? I said yes and she started speaking to me in a way I knew was straight from Jesus Christ himself. Mrs. Roberts gained trust from me. I completely believe I was sent to this office to get them message I so longed to hear from our Father. Not many, if any at all, Doctors ever bring up the name of Christ, scared for the back lash. Thank you Mrs. Stacy, from the bottom of my heart. You will always hold a special place in my life. Thank you to all the wonderful people there that helped us out greatly today. Merry Christmas and May God bless each and every one of you greatly.
