Love this Office, Dr. Uddin, Ms. Lynn, and Ms. Vanessa are they best. Was having alot of medical Issues that weren't getting resolved and Dr. Uddin was able to help me and continues until this day. Very grateful for them

UPDATED 3/06/22 It has been 4 years now that I have been a Patient of Dr. Uddin's. Not only a patient because Dr. Uddin and each and everyone of his staff makes me feel like family also .Since I first seen Dr. Uddin in 2018 to even now Dr. Uddin and his staff continue to welcome me as I come in the doors, greet me with a smile, and Dr Uddin has and still does a wonderful job in the care of my medical issues. Dr. Uddin greets me when he comes into the room and always shows concerns with any of my medical questions, and concerns. He listens, and is thorough, compassionate and still after 4 years Dr. Uddin and none of the staff have waivered in how they treat me. And so I want to thank Dr. Uddin and all the staff at patient Centered Care of Kentucky for all they do!! I'm still able to work, do things with my family that I could not do before. Patient Centered Care of Kentucky is STILL an Amazing, wonderful, friendly, caring and proffencial family practice!! Dr. Uddin and his staff work very hard to ensure that you are getting the care you need. My experience with them over the past 4 years now still exceed a wonderful experience with each visit. Even through this Pandemic Dr. Uddin and all staff have went above and beyond as always to ensure that you get the care you need. They care greatly about there patients. I searched for a very long time to find a family doctor to help with my medical issues. Then I found Dr Uddin and his family of practice. From my very first visit they each worked hard to get me feeling better. And now im back to being able to work and do things with my family. Was referred here by a good friend. Dr. Uddin is probably among the best doctors that Radcliff has to offer. Moved here January of 2022 in the snow, did not know where to go or what doctor to choose and after coming here, Dr. Uddin will be my primary care physician because I have already tried two others in Radcliff. Dr. Uddin is the best so far. The entire staff here is compassionate, caring and professional. You just can't bet that combination here in small town Radcliff. They serve you here with heart, compassion and healthcare professionalism at its best.

Ive been seeing doctor UDDIN for almost 10 years now. I am very blessed and grateful to have Dr. Faiz Uddin as my designated physician. I feel that I have received, centered care since being a part of this establishment. Great doctor and office staff!

I don't understand why everyone is giving them such bad reviews and ratings. I love this place. I'm a grown woman and have been scared of doctors my whole life...that was until I came here. They listen to you and don't pressure you to take any test you're not ready for and they always make sure every thing is always taken care of. I love this place and always look forward to my appointments here. And the review that stated that a Dr didn't like that she brought her kid, IDK who that was but I bring my 2 year old all the time with me and all the doctors are always super nice to her and myself. Updating my review. Still by far the best doctor within Hardin county. I will go to this doctor until the day he retires.
