Called in to make an appointment at 12:00 on a Thursday, the operator told me to call back Monday because even though the automated system, Google hours, and front of the building says they close at 4:00 PM, I was advised that everyone was gone for the day, and all day Friday... When I mentioned the discrepency between what I was being told and what was being shown, the reply was "yeah... okay... bye". As someone looking for care from an office, this is a huge red flag.
